Home Partners of America has been the answer for many of my clients. Having trouble securing  a home for lease? HPOA will buy a home on your behalf!  This is a lease program with an option to purchase your rental after each 1 year lease term with a maximum of 3 years.

You Pick the Home

Once we approve you with Home Partners you will be given a monthly rental amount that you can spend. I will help you find homes for sale that meet the approved rental amount and we will start searching. Once we find your dream home HPOA will make an offer on that home for you!

Inspections, Repairs and Updates

All covered by HPOA! Once your home goes into contract I will work with Home Partners through the inspection. Any conditions that affect the structural or operational efficencies of the home are addressed by HPOA. Before move in you are given a make ready request that allows you to ask HPOA to make additional repairs. Examples include: New appliances, general landscaping, replacing a cracked bathtub or tiles etc. It is important to keep in mind that should you purchase the home these charges will be added to total purchase price.

Zero Move Out Penatlies

If after your lease term you decide you dislike the home for any reason, you have the right to move without penatlies. *If any tenant damages are left behind HPOA will deduct the appropriate costs from your security deposit just like a regular rental.

Mortgage Pre-approval Not Necessary

This program offers a great opportunity to secure your dream home before you can qualify for a loan. Many of my clients have been able to fix their credit during their lease term enabling them to obtain a loan so that they then can own their home.
